Required Experience
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in IT Support.
1 Years’ experience in hardware.
1 Years’ experience in operating and application systems.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in software.
Desirable Experience
General experience in Linux.
Practical experience in the use of IT maintenance equipment.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of electronic equipment.
Helpdesk system.
Application of Microsoft Office and Linux software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to provide technical support telephonically.
