Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the IT leadership
IT Helpdesk administration
Assigning tickets
Following up with team for outstanding tickets
Ensure required fields are completed and tickets are assigned to the appropriately skilled team member
Assist other members of the IT department in troubleshooting tickets
Ensuring that closed tickets have appropriate information attached
Requirements:
Microsoft Office suite
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Windows
Technical knowledge of computers and programs
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Ability to draft documents for users to follow
Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under remote management
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong customer-service orientation
