Core Purpose:

Reporting to the Area Sales Rep / Area Sales Manager - Pretoria, the successful candidate will be responsible for the optimum handling of Internals sales as well as stock controlling and stock taking. In view of customer satisfaction, the correct handling of invoicing as well as payments for goods received is crucial in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

Assisting customers telephonically as well as at the front counter
Resolving enquiries promptly and efficiently
Produce invoices and expediting of orders
Managing payments for goods received which includes cash, cheques and credit cards
Telephonically promote products
Manage telesales call cycle
Stock Control
Stock taking
Requirements:

Grade 12
Telesales experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal sales position
Must have irrigation experience.
Experienced in handling of customers
Computer literate (Knowledge of Syspro or related package)
Thorough and accurate
Afrikaans and English fluency in speech and literacy is a must
Excellent telephone communication skills in Afrikaans and English
