Requirements A Grade 12 Certificate.
Approximately 2-4 years relevant experience.
Work experience in a financial environment will serve as a strong recommendation.
Knowledge of a Asset Management System will be an advantage.
Computer literacy is essential (MS Office).
Good accuracy and attention to detail skills.
Display excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to function effectively in a team as well as independently.
Effective planning and organising skills.
Ensure that client satisfaction and high quality service principles are maintained.
The ability to communicate effectively at relevant levels of the organisation.
Key Outputs Provide telephonic and electronic user support on the SAP Plant Maintenance model.
Ensure asset verification and related assessment are conducted at all hospitals.
Assist management with the development and upkeep of relevant policies.
Maintain, monitor, track and review the Enterprise Asset Management System Website.
Responsible for the delivery of accurate and proactive reporting service to the Enterprise Asset Management System.
Provides relevant assistance to key stakeholders and clients in terms of processes relating to commission of new hospitals and equipment.
