Intercare Corporate Services, situated in Pretoria East seeks to recruit a skilled Human Resources Officer to provide professional human capital services and solutions in support of the overall business requirements of the Hospital & Corporate Services Division.

CRITICAL OUTPUT

Develop & implement specific HC initiatives to support divisional business needs
Pro-active change agent for the division.
Provide guidance & support to line management that will promote productivity &performance;improvement and ensure goal achievement.
Perform human capital operational tasks e.g. policy implementation,establishing departmental goals & objectives, auditing & risk management,operational budget, training coordination and on-boarding.
Manage the divisional recruitment & selection process and provide support on screening tools used to assist with the hiring decision.
Quality control on contracts & salary benchmarking.
Manage processes relating to the statutory framework (Skills / EE)
Prepare & update regular reports and presentations.


REQUIREMENTS

NQF6+ qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
3-5 years experience as HR officer with proven experience in HR functions within a Day Hospital and Sub-Acute Hospital Essential
Proficient in MS Office , Advanced Excel Skills Essential
VIP & ESS training & experience preferable
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
