HR Business Partner (Industrial Relations):
You will have at least two years HR Generalist experience.
Solid IR experience including the full management of cases at CCMA level.
Drafting of all relevant corrective action documentation and guiding operations on fair process.
HR Business Partner (SAGE 300 People):
You will have at least two years HR Generalist experience.
You are a SAGE People 300 guru and can pull all the nifty reports, upload relevant documents and create codes throughout all of the system modules.
You will be the system champion so will need to know the system inside out.
You will also be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with the company’s reporting, this includes but is not limited to; EE, BBBEE, ATR, WSP, Skills and all other statutory reporting.
What You'll Do Here:
In addition to the above key strength areas, you will also perform generalist functions as detailed below;
Business Unit Support in a generalist capacity.
On-boarding, facilitating induction, performance reviews/ appraisals, training & development and general staff wellness and support from an HR perspective.
HR Diploma/Degree
2-3 years in a HR Officer Role
Strong payroll experience
Experience with Sage 300 People
