We are currently in search a qualified and experienced candidate to assume the position of an HR Assistant. We invite applications from qualifying candidates for appointment.

Responsibilities:

Assisting departments with their recruitment needs
Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
Conducting inductions of new staff
Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
Working with other employees so that various issues can be discussed and solutions can be found out.
General admin
Assisting in monthly payroll data collection
Maintain the HR department
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR / Industrial Pyschology
1 OR 2 Years experience in HR
Good communication skills
Computer skills
