Strong customer service skills
IT background or IT knowledge and experience (technical or helpdesk)
Strong problem solving skills, 1st line support.
Punctuality and good timekeeping a must
Own or Reliable transport (to ensure punctuality)
Matric or equivalent compulsory
Good English communication skills
Well groomed
