Hotel school qualification or similar. Must have experiene with the management of social media and review websites such as Trip Advisor. Must have at least 5 years experince in a similar or same position. Must be computer literate. Have strong customer relations and communication skills. Own transport and drivers licence essential.

- Organising and implementing events in relation to guests and staff require,ments

- Maintining guest database for direct marketing purposes

- Assisting with execution of marketing duties

- Monitoring and managing all social media and review websites

- Ensuring guest satisfaction through monitoring needs during and after visits
