Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with clients via calls with excellent client service skill.
Amend and update client profile detail as necessary.
Deliver the maximum service impact to clients.
Maintain a healthy team spirit by assisting peers where needed and proactively communicate.
Engage in a continuous and target driven and pro-active customer satisfaction strategy.
Reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Responsible for outbound telephonic communication with client base.
Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base.

Matric or 11 or 10
Good communication skills
