Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Finance related tertiary qualification
Experience:
Minimum 2 yearsβ experience with Finance/Admin process (Orders/ Invoice Payments/ Reconciliations/ Record Keeping/ Petty Cash/ Subcontractors)
Minimum 2 yearsβ experience with filing and archiving systems
Construction or related industry experience advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
Computer skills and proficient in MS Office ( specifically, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Attention to detail, excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills
Discretion dealing with confidential information
Professional verbal and written communication
Able to work accurately and independently
Ability to multi-task
Friendly and professional demeanour
