Leading Debt Management Business is seeking
Call Centre Agents to join their team in Bloemfontein.
They offer debt counselling and financial solutions to thousands of consumers across South Africa. We are passionate about helping people get back in control of their finances!
What will your job duties be?
Make outbound calls to recruit potential clients who are in financial distortion
Timely management of correspondence (predominantly electronic) to customers
Accurately capture data of the consumer
Daily assessment of the collections pipeline via available reports to drive actions as per the collections process
Apply retention and persuasion tactics to prevent customer cancellations.
Deal with customer queries around collections and assist with troubleshooting. Must be able to give an in-depth explanation of all aspects of the debt review process.
Where applicable assist administrators with documents and information needed to perform back office duties
Update the customer and credit provider database where applicable
Accountability for quality control of own work
Candidate Requirements
1- 2 years Call Centre experience with a proven track record
A valid Matric / Grade 12 certificate (with Mathematics/Accounting)
A clear criminal and credit record
Fluent in English/ Must understand Afrikaans (Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho would be an advantage)
Excellent verbal- and written communication skills
Intermediate- to advanced level computer skills (MS Word + Excel)
Required Skills
