DIYElectronics is looking for a customer support and sales agent to deal with customer queries and sales queries regarding orders and products on our website. If you are able to fit either of these two rolls and are interested in joining a Tech startup geared for success this is the position for you!

You will be required to liaise with customers regarding their queries and ascertain the necessary information and then correctly relay that information to them in order to satisfy there requests. This will be done through our dedicated support desk as well as email and telephone.

Requirements

1-3 Years Experience
Good command of the English Language
Completely Computer Literate
Excellent Communication Skills
Work well Under Pressure
Great Time Management
Willing to learn Technical Specifications of Products
Good Research Skills
