About the Position

To manage all content, copy and proofing of all information relating to bank Rewards
Support the broader bank strategy and other business areas
Implementing and maintaining a centralised repository for all bank related content
Managing FRG Partners to ensure up to date and accurate business rewards rules at all times
Documenting all written and graphic information according to the various types required by respective areas
Ensuring correct application of tonality and style across the various types of content
Assisting with and checking synergy across the various types of content
Constructing appropriate written and graphic content for advertising, promotional and training material
Proof reading and signing off all outbound material
