Our Company in the Staff Outsourcing industry is looking for Contract Managers
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Deconstruct client issues and analyse the various solutions in all regions, via various communication channels
Ensure compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight & Industry
Management of client portfolio’s in line with the relevant Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s) and Budget’s
Provide recommendations and solutions in crisis situations such as workplace violence, protests, and demonstrations


Requirements:

Matric
Experience working within the Staff Outsourcing industry would be an advantage
Industrial Relations knowledge would be an advantage

Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with clients and the rest of the team
Crisis and Conflict Management skills
