Key Responsibility Areas
First line contact to commercial customers for all request / query types;
Basic product support (software related) to commercial customers;
Trouble shooting reported faults and case management(CRM + MSE)
1ST Line desktop IT support to internal customers
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements & experience needed
Matric;
IT Helpdesk experience will be an advantage
Further training will be provided
Call centre related certification will be an advantage
Essentials
Advantageous
2 year Tracking call center/Bureau experience;
Computer literate
Microsoft Office tools (Outlook & Excel)
Internet search & navigation (IE & Chrome/Firefox)
A+/N+ Qualification or similar
Experience pertaining to Netstar fleet management tracking systems and software
Competency / experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
Competency / experience in MSE
