Duties of the Client Relationship Manager. Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients. Perform administrative duties related to policy admin and Claims.

• Have a University Degree

• Have exceptional communication skills

• Have excellent administration skills

• Have excellent time management skills

• Have excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Above market starting salary (Commission + Basic salary)
