Requirement Overview
Paarl Coldset is a subsidiary of Novus Print and forms part of the Novus Holdings group of companies. Paarl Coldset Bloemfontein seeks to appoint an experienced clerical assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The incumbent will also be required to assist with general administrative duties related to health and safety. The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to management, finance and the health and safety departments by assisting in daily office needs and managing the general administrative activities.
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filling system
• Provide general support to visitors
• Data capturing
• Answering client and customer calls
• Provide admin support to the health and safety department
Educational Requirements
• Matric
Experience Requirements
• Administrative experience would be advantageous
Skills & Competencies
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
• Strong administrative skills
• Good computer knowledge
• Sound interpersonal and organizational skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in MS office
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
