CLEANING SITE MANAGER - NIGHT SHIFT
To establish and manage a site workforce capable of cleaning in a safe and diligent manner, to the highest possible standard, on time and in line with predetermined cost.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client Liaison.
Employee Management.
Occupational Health and Safety.
Management of Company assets / machinery.
Administration of claims, casual wages etc.
Quality control.
Industrial Relations.
Comply with Site Managers responsibilities as laid down in the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy and complete the relevant documentation on a weekly/ monthly basis.
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
EXPERIENCE

Have minimum of three to five years working experience in the CLEANING industry.
Must have hygiene and cleaning knowledge.
Have a valid unendorsed driver’s license.
Fully computer literate.
Well organized.
Committed and willing to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlines.
Able to motivate staff.
Problem solving ability.
R 13 000.00 per month
