A FMCG company is current looking for a Claims Resolution Clerk to join their finance team for 6 months. This individual must have experience in FMCG.


As a Claims Resolution Clerk, you will responsible for the following:

Duties:

Understand monthly, quarterly and annual payment terms of contracts
Review and identify customers claims
Review and assess supporting documents to identify the calculated claim amounts
Conduct claim settlement assessments

 

 
Qualifications:

Relevant diploma


Skill:

3-5 years’ experience

Attention to detail

FMCG experience is a preference
