Duties & Responsibilities
β’ Support the District manager in maintaining operational controls in line within budgetary requirements
β’ Lead & motivate a team of staff
β’ Train and develop team of staff members
β’ Ensure quality of food preparation, presentation and service is up to Fedics Standards
β’ Proactively Manage the Q-pro & OSHACT compliance of this unit
β’ Manage the Preventative Maintenance programs/Star Grading
β’ Ensure that tills and Cash Ups are running smoothly
β’ Ensure all Fedics policies and procedures are complied with
β’ Daily HR and IR issues
β’ Liaise with clients on a daily basis and oversee customer service
β’ Responsible for all functions
β’ Management of all administration, finances, debtors, budgets, etc.
β’ Organise, prepare & co-ordinate upmarket functions
β’ Process the Fedics paperwork
β’ Compile & understand weekly & monthly P & L
β’ Relationship building with the client and customers on a daily basis (absolutely essential)
β’ Ensure purchasing & sales controls are in place & working
β’ Excellent food skills
β’ Must be able to work long hours and over weekends should there be a need

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent level of competence
Previous experience in a similar position an advantage
Food experience/knowledge essential
Min 3 yrs relevant exp
