Post requirements:

The successful applicant would:



Need to oversee the catering functions of the contract;
Preferably be in possession of National Diploma in Food Services Management or equivalent;
Have proven culinary skills in order to be hands-on and innovative
Financial knowledge required - HAVING FULL RISK UNIT EXPERIENCE
Assertiveness
Very hands on
Creative and a love for food
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Computer skills
Own transport essential
Experience in contract catering preferred
IR experience
Required Skills
Chef : 1 to 2 years
Communicational Skills : 2 to 3 years
Financial Mgmt : 1 year or less
