Requirements

Grade 12
Customer Service Certificate or equivalent
Call Centre experience essential
Customer interface is a requirement
Skills and Knowledge

Key Performance Areas:

Cold calling of clients

 

 
Excellent written and verbal communication
Capturing of data on the system
