What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Product Training and Testing
Goal Setting Session
Sales Coaching
Script Training
Role Plays
Live & recorded call vetting
One on One Coaching and Group Coaching
Following up coaching and doing feedback reports
Mentorship programmes.
Existing agent bad performer process
Continuous scripting vetting
