Our Client wishes to make an appointment as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the customers you will be servicing the ability to speak English, and ONE OTHER LANGUAGE (Afrikaans / Zulu / Sotho or IsiXhosa), is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all telephonic and walk-in queries from providers, members and centres.

Salary Package: R6 800pm (no benefits).

Full-day position. Monday to Friday. No weekend work. Lovely, friendly, professional working environment. Based in Central.

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (will be required to do assessment)
Positive can-do attitude, willing to assist in all areas
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong Email, PC and data capturing skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
Matric certificate with a minimum of a C in both Home and FAL languages

No criminal history
Driver's license essential
