Call Centre Agents Required

R R5000 R R6500 Monthly

Role primarily involves managing inbound calls from end customers responsibilities include receivingmaking outbound calls, taking action on incoming queries, making required negotiations, up selling, updating the system, taking required action and escalation handling. Delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets timelines will be key with focus on Customer Sanctification
