Bulk Dispatch and Receiving Teamleader

To manage that all bulk goods are received and dispatched to ensure that stock is correct, packaged, stored and available for sales and sales centres within the agreed timeframes.

To conduct National Warehouse audits to ensure stock is managed effectively according to best practices.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of Health & Safety in a warehousing environment.
Forklift maintenance


Skills:

Supervisory skills
Computer Skill (Excel and basic other MS Office)

High Reach Truck and Forklift ( 2.5 tons) – training provided on the job
Customer focused

Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)

Ability:

Ability to delegate and ensure task execution
Good organisational abilities
Willingness to work overtime
Education:

o Matric

o 3 years relevant warehouse/logistics experience



Experience:



o People management experience at a Team Leader level

o Firefighting qualification ( can be obtained on the job)

o First Aid Course (can be obtained on the job)

Exposure to IR related matters
