We're looking for someone who....
· Will ensure a high profile presence for the company in your area, building on existing sales and significantly growing the customer base
· Is well equipped for this senior leadership role to focus on 4 main KPA’s, namely: Branch operations & financial management; Stock and merchandise management; Sales and Service (driving sales, meeting sales targets, brilliantly looking after customers and connecting them to the right solutions); Staff (leading, motivating and building a successful team)
· Quickly grasps an understanding of our vision, is passionate about our brand that is revolutionising this industry by enriching the lives of our customers
· Is fully aware that “behind the scenes” directs “front of house” and helps the entire team to stay on the right course to achieve superior levels of performance and service delivery

The experience we're looking for...
· 5 years Store/Branch Manager experience with excellent knowledge of all aspects of retail management
· Preferably a tertiary qualification and complemented by formal training programmes
· Merchandising, sales and customer service management
· An exemplary track record in leading and building a retail store or Business Unit
· Highly computer literate in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and Syspro if possible; fully conversant with retail systems and processes
· Fluency in spoken and written English;
· Has own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
