Our client, a national retail company requires a Bakery Manager at their Hillcrest store.
Ensure that quality products are freshly prepared and served timeously
Managing department inventory
Keep tabs on stock cost, maintain shrinkage and wastage
Follow Company sales and production planning standards to ensure the department achieves the standards of performance outlined
Bakery safety techniques and health standards are maintained
Maintain existing recipes according to set standards
New recipe standards
Grade 12
7-10 years experience working as a Bakery Manager
Formal training coupled with experience in baking ranging from bread, bread rolls, savoury rolls, cakes, scones, amongst other bakery recipes
Attention to detail
Leadership Skills
Management Skills

Good communication skills
R15000 plus provident fund.
