Introduction
To ensure that SLA's with clients are met and that small projects get implemented from time to time, prepare SLA reports for SLA meetings and run client reports as per request

Specification
Assign open Tickets as accurate and efficiently as possible
Keep the SLA for contractors above an 80% SLA
Meet with customers and Service Manager on a regular basis to carry out service reviews against SLA expectations.
Run open customer reports on a weekly basis as requested by Service Manager
Run resolved SLA reports where needed as requested by Service Manager
Accept stock back from Contractors on a regular basis and hand over to service stores and keep record of proof
Run pre-swap accounts once a week and escalated issues with parts not returned
Schedule SLA meetings with contractors on a monthly basis
Liaises regularly with internal service providers to review and improve performance against SLAs.
Ensures compliance with procedures and standards.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
At least 2 years SLA experience in the it industry
ITIL qualification will be of an advantage
Good Microsoft excel skills
Skills:
Good administration skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications skills
Good Customer service skills
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of general administrative and internal processes
