purpose
The Administration Expert provides administrative support. The incumbent will be expected to be flexible in managing diverse requests and tasks.
experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Grade 12
Preferred Qualification - Grade 12
Experience - One to three years experience in an administration role


additional requirements
In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check. All appointments will be made in line with WesBank’s EE Strategy The candidate needs to have strong administration skills and strong communication skills both verbally and written. They must have strong excel skills and understand how systems integrate. The incumbent will work on SAP and Fleet Active. Analysis and monitoring will be done via excel. They must be able to work in a high volume area with tight deadlines. An understanding of the registration and licensing of vehicles will be an advantage. They will also assist with fine management, e-toll transactions, account reconciliations, accident and windscreen claim and dealing with the various suppliers. The person must be energetic, accurate, meet deadlines and must be open to learning.
