Support Pharmacy manager with Financial month end reports.
Auditing of invoices, transactions etc.
To assist with any other function as requested.
Duties & Responsibilities
To Check all the documentation from the Data capturer
To compile monthly overtime and leave schedules for all staff.
Responsible for the variances, invoices, transfers, usages, credit notes.
Responsible for Cashing up of Petty cash and Banking.
Month end reporting eg. Clinic usage, turnover.
Monthly CPA reporting
Reconciliation of invoices to original purchases for ethical and surgical buying.
Responsible for adequate cash change.
To assist with Monthly stock take.
Arranging of transport for stock to and from Pharmacies within the Group.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have Grade 12 qualification - NQF 4.
Preferably a Basic/Post basic Pharmacy assistant certificate.
Preferably a Certificate in Business administration.
Preferably a certificate in Microsoft Office.
