The outage technical clerk will be responsible for daily reporting with relation to site conditions and stoppages, daily diaries, site documentation, checking employee allocations, drafting progress reports.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2-3yrs relevant experience.
Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Office Word
Microsoft Office Excel
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12
Higher qualifications in computer literature will be an advantage.

Production of daily progress reports, site daily diaries, site delay notices.
Assistance with preparation area / unit estimates, pricing of change notices, scope changes and variations, and monitoring of budgets.
Ensuring that all documents received, generated and issued by the department are captured within the applicable registers and copies saved.
Maintain registers and schedules.
General tasks to maintain office systems.
