Retail Store Manager

Our client is looking for a Retail Store Manager to be responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of their retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

Job Description:

Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
Managing budgets.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Overseeing pricing and stock control.
Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Preparing promotional materials and displays.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
2 - 3 years experience as a retail store manager.
Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
Customer management skills.
Benefits:

Salary : R8500.00 - R15000.00 /per month.
