A stunning all day restaurant at a 5* Hotel in Cape Town CBD are looking for an experienced restaurant general manager

shifts: 5 days per week 2 days off


Knowledge & Skills

Experience in luxury hotels

Knowledge of other hotel services

Knowledge of all F&B service standards and related products and the use thereof.

Position related knowledge of cuisines, menus and terminologies, accompaniments, wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, tobacco, teas, coffees, other non-alcoholic beverages.

F&B service skills, service etiquette and other operational skills

Professional guest interaction

Strong leadership qualities

Good organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication.

Supervisory and problem-solving skills

The ability to pay close attention to detail

Flexibility and creativity

Basic costing and financial analysing


Experience & Qualifications

National Qualification from reputed hotel management school (desirable)

Working experience of 4-5 years in F&B Service in a luxury hotel – preferably in a Restaurant Management position
