Operations Manager : Membership
This position requires a candidate with a record of accomplishment of successfully managing a team of people in a membership department.
The Operations Manager: Membership will plan and direct the day to day operational functions within the department. To effectively manage and develop efficient membership processes in a cost effective manner that will give excellent service to internal and external clients. Implement unique and cutting-edge operational strategies for the company thereby maintaining and enhancing current operational performance for growth. Improve efficiencies by implementing checks and balances to reduce costs while increasing productivity
Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous
3 years operations management experience in a medical aid administration environment essential
At least 3-4 years exposure at management level
Experience of managing an operational team in pressured environment
Previous Membership administration management experience essential
Sound knowledge and understanding of legislative frameworks pertaining to Medical Schemes
Knowledge of Scheme Act
