Ensuring sufficient natural resources ore which can be planned the best suited way for mining.
Ensuring confident mineral planning and to manage the control of the ore
Geology management
Reporting of the mineral resources
Managing the budget
Control of customer relationship management
Charge of the life and longterm mining plan
Development and research
Dealing with the MRM process and systems
SHERQ adherence and compliance

Minimum Requirements

BSc Hons Degree NQF Level 8 in Geology
Post Graduate Qualifications in MBA MBLARM Senior Management Human Resources will be advantageous
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in operational Mining Geology
Minimum of 2 years in management Mining Geology experience
Minimum of 5 years in operational Commodity specific exposure. Must have Iron Ore experience
Minimum of 2 years management of commodity specific Iron Ore experience.
Experience with mine planning, rock breaking and geology
Minimum of 2 years experience in people management
Knowledge of Legislation, computer literacy, database and Sensitivity scenario planning and analysing
Valid Drivers License
Medically fit for duty
