We are looking for an experienced Inventory/Receiving Clerk to join our team in Paarden Eiland.

INVENTORY CONTROLLER/RECEIVING – CAPE TOWN

Minimum Criteria:

Matric
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Computer literate – must have knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience working on a computerized warehouse software is advantageous.
Numeracy skills
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task
Must be able to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines

Available and able to work weekends and public holidays
Job Requirements:

Ensure goods are received in an organized manner
Good understanding of receiving procedure
Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures, methods of receiving, inspecting and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate records of stock transactions.
Stock control
Assist with annual stock take
Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
Assist in showroom
