Business degree coupled with proven leadership and general business management experience including financial management and business planning processes
Post graduate qualification preferred
Customer and service delivery focus is essential



Strategic responsibilities will include: Marketing and growth of the current facility

Trend analysis and remedial action implementation

Drive business governance and optimise hospital operations and conduct Gap Analysis

Manage patient care standards and quality improvement projects

Manage a retention strategy and effective people management to ensure service delivery

Manage MANCO and ensure participation from all parties to achieve strategic objectives
