Head Security/Security Site Supervisor

Job Purpose:

- Running day to day Operations of the Security Department

- Financial Management (departmental budgets,costings,recons,reports)

- Customer Service

- Staff Management



Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Matric (NQF 4)
Must have a Grade B PSIRA Qualification
Hospitality Security qualification will be an advantage
Must have a valid driver’s license (Code 10 with PDP)
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Required experience:

Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as a Security lead in a game lodge/related
Supervisory and/or management experience
Hands on approach towards the guest experience/strong customer service background
Health & Safety Procedures knowledge
Report writing & People Management experience
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
