REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Relevant Tertiary education and 5 years experience

Own transport

English and Afrikaans

Computer Literate in Excel and Word

Food Safety experience essential

Preferably Immediately Available

Excellent management skills



DUTIES:

Maintain quality management system – HACCP

Establishing company Food Safety Management Procedures, standards and specifications

Manage internal Audits – HACCP and ensure schedule is up to date

Training and coaching of staff

Work with purchasing staff to establish requirements from external suppliers

Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures

Ensure company meets all food safety requirements
