Field Operations Manager- VOLVO
We are looking for an innovative business development driven Field Operations Manager who can assist and grow the national dealer network from both a sales (cars) and aftersales (parts and accessories) perspective.
Roles and responsibilities
Implement national sales and aftersales strategies.
Analyse and interpret network feedback.
Build strong relationships with dealer network.
Actively work with the dealer network to reach set targets and goals for New and Used Car Sales as well as Service and Parts.
Review dealer operations regularly to ensure compliance with Volvo Sales and Service policies and procedures.
Conduct regular dealer visits and report your findings and analysis to respective dealers and management.
Regularly review Sales, Service, and Parts & accessory penetration, Customer Satisfaction, and financial performance with dealers to identify potential problems and drive improvement.
Develop and monitor regional marketing plans with dealers to increase Vehicle, Parts and Accessories sales to maintain and improve market share / penetration.
Competence
Working in global environments a plus.
Excellent Sales and After Sales knowledge.
Knowledge of the local and global car market an advantage.
High level understanding of process and competence development.
Strong operational driving mind-set.
Be able to work independently.
Personality
Strong leader and Team Player with good communication skills.
Creative, curious, proactive and with a strong driving force.

Working Experience
Relevant working experience.
Experience in automotive industry.
Language Skills
Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
