A well established company in the Telecommunications sector is seeking a Fibre Escalations Agent (IT) to join their team for a 12 month contracting opportunity in Midrand. This position will enhance your skills and develop your potential to the fullest.


Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualification

3 years Degree / Diploma in IT or Engineering

Functions:

Managing customer escalations

Analysis of escalations and the trends
Identifying where processe and systems can be improved
Root cause analysis
Providing quality support to clients

Experience:

3 years experience working in a customer care / retail environment
Telecommunications industry experience (advantageous)
At least 3 years experience dealing with escalated queries
Understanding and knowledge of CRM system functionality
