Requirements:
Grade 12
Customer Service Experience
Eloquent English
12 Months Experience Within BPO
Job Description: (not limited to)
Assist customers with queries according to the Capita way
Deliver excellent customer service to all customers calling in to your best ability
Make First Call Resolution your priority
Ability to multi task
Attention to detail
Follow up with customers if you are dealing with an ongoing query
