· Responsible to Shareholders

· Responsibilities include personnel, financial and commercial management, corporate planning

· Responsible for the effectiveness of Operations within of the Organisation

· Lead and directed operations and business activities

· Lead the strategic cross-functional developmental of team members at all levels

Compile budgets and forecasts

· Strategic plan implementation / Strategic focus

· Action plan implementation

· Formulation of Strategies

· Overall management of Customers

Commercial/Operations Degree level qualification (completed)

Engineering / Technical Qualification

10+ COO strategic level experience in a large manufacturing concern

Excellent communication and operation management skills

Excellent computer skills and systems experience

CTC market related and negotiable

Provident Fund / Medical Aid
