Requirements
Must be a qualified Basic Ambulance Assistant / Basic Life Support
Proof of registration with HPCSA as a BAA professional
Valid Code C1 driver’s license with PDP and the ability to apply excellent driving skills

Will be required to go underground from time to time to attend to emergencies
Sound clinical knowledge of BAA protocols
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to treat clients in a professional manner
A concern for excellence with a strong focus on performance standards
Ability to function independently


Key Outputs
Safe patient care that comply with clinical governance guidelines as laid down by the HPCSA
Efficient handling of emergency calls as per company standard
Liaison with trauma staff and doctors
Identify and communicate new business opportunities
Accurate completion and administration of all case sheets
Provide professional clinical leadership as and when required
